Our repeat and referral rate has historically been over 80% of our residential business. Much of the remaining volume comes from someone recognizing our signs, uniformed employees, or vehicles while we work in their neighborhood.
We encourage our new customers to call our other clients and to always check references when working with a company that is new to them. It is also a good idea to request contact information about a job that may not have gone as planned. How a company handles a misstep, unforeseen issue, or other difficult circumstance is a good indicator of their integrity and honesty. After all, you should be confident a job will be handled professionally in your own home.
